Keith Griffin – Jensen Beach, Florida- is being charged with 10 counts of possession of child pornography and having more than 1.000 images on his computer. Keith though claims innocence and blames his cat for downlaoding the images.
While the porn was downloaded, he was supposedly downloading music when his cat jumped on the keyboard. Afterwards strange things appeared on the computer”.

Sadly for Keith the judge did not believe him and kept the Floridan in jail. If you feel pity for him, feel free to bail him out at $250.000.

Jeremiah was caught after he, and a still on the run female accomplice, stole 2 surveillance cameras from a community center. When trying to loosen one of the cameras, the camera snapped a mugshot of Jeremiah when falling of its support. Romero confessed to steal the camera and a second one some days before. Cameras, said to be worth $2100 haven’t been found yet.

Hodousek says they ordered drinks, appetizers and a couple of main courses from the server. Among the items ordered was a bowl of french onion soup.

After the server brought the soup to the table, Hodousek says he immediately began eating the cheese which was spread across the top portion of the bowl.

As he ate the soup, he felt what he believed was a tough piece of cheese on the side of his mouth. When he couldn’t chew it into pieces, he told his family that it felt like rubber, according to the court filing.

Things get more interesting though.

n an effort to complete our investigation, we contacted Mr. Hodousek and his attorney numerous times over the next six weeks to request that the object be sent to an independent laboratory for testing.

Seven weeks later, on June 1, 2009, the object was finally forwarded to an independent lab. Because Mr. Hodousek took the object with him on April 12, we could not establish that this was the same object the lab received.

In addition, Mr. Hodousek asked us to conduct DNA testing of female employees at the restaurant to determine if there could be a match to any DNA that might be found on the object.

While we are mindful of our employees’ privacy rights, we asked our female employees to voluntarily comply with Mr. Hodousek’s request and they have done so.

To ensure a thorough assessment, we asked Mr. Hodousek to take a DNA test. Mr. Hodousek failed to appear for his appointment on July 20, 2009. Mr. Hodousek’s attorney filed the lawsuit against us on July 21.

In a new installment of our Dumbass of the week award the honours go to an American hotel guest of the Hilton Garden near Orlando Airport. After having received a prank call about suspicious gas smell, the hotel guest ripped the toilet tank out in order to find hidden gas mask and afterwards threw he toilet trough the window of the room. He also broke a mirror, bashed trough a wall with a lamp and threw the mattress out.

Damages were as high as $5000 but the hotel did not ask the family to pay for done damages. Police report has been filled against the anonymous prank caller.
